Description:
Turner Construction Company began building in Buffalo in 1908. Notable projects completed at that time include the Genesee Building (currently the Hyatt Hotel), a manufacturing plant for Ford Motor Company (currently the Tri-Main Building), and the Pierce Arrow Building on Elmwood Avenue. Since then, we have completed hundreds of construction projects throughout Western New York and have developed a robust staff that includes construction industry veterans, local college recruits and knowledgeable Turner professionals.

We offer a range of in-house construction management services including general contracting, construction management, design/build, consulting, estimating, facilities management solutions and Building Information Modeling (BIM).

With our recent experiences at the John R. Oishei Children's Hospital and the Buffalo Life Sciences Complex, we are proud to contribute to Buffalo’s rebirth and the growth of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Today, Turner’s Buffalo Office is managing more than $300 million in construction activities in Western New York, including significant projects for the University of Buffalo, Buffalo State College, Kaleida Health and the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission.
